If You are not Satisfied
If you are not 100% satisfied with the received product, you may return the product within 7 days from the date you received it. We do not accept any returns after 7 days from the date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and may ship back the product using the carrier of his/her choice. Please return the item in the same condition as you received it, along with the original packaging. Please keep the receipt as well.
Damaged Product
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. You may email us at info@elmeasure.com or WhatsApp us at +91 91 3737 9999 with the order number, to receive your return authorization. Once authorized, we will arrange the return shipping and shall provide the replacement.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact Elmeasure as soon as possible. However, if you cancel a billed order and if we have shipped the item already, we will initiate the refund as soon as we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse. You may cancel the order at any time prior to the shipment.
Refunds
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation. The refund amount shall be processed to your original payment method and the amount shall be credited within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
